Duty pharmacy signYour duty list, on your sign, all by itself.

panoecza is an LED sign that sits in your pharmacy window and shows the on-duty pharmacies every day, automatically. You control the text, videos and brightness from your phone, wherever you are.

  • Hand-assembled
  • Remotely managed
  • Updates itself
  • Across Turkey

It keeps working after you lock the door.

Checking the duty list every evening, typing it onto the sign, resetting the hours for every holiday… it's all easy to forget. panoecza fetches the duty list itself, shows it at your closing time and takes it down when you open.

What your sign can do

A duty list that updates itself

The on-duty pharmacies arrive on your sign every day, based on the lists pharmacists' chambers publish.

Knows the duty hours

Shows the duty list from your closing time until opening, and all day on Sundays and holidays.

Knows the holidays

National and religious holidays are added automatically, and you can add your own days off.

When you're on duty

If your pharmacy is the one on duty, the sign shows "PHARMACY ON DUTY" in large letters instead of the list.

Your shop window by day

During opening hours, show your own announcements, pick a ready-made video such as a Republic Day or holiday greeting, or play your own from a USB stick.

Day and night brightness

Clear through the window by day, easy on the eyes at night; brightness switches by itself at the times you set.

Bounces back after outages

After a power or internet cut, it recovers by itself and carries on where it left off.

Manage it from anywhere

Turn the sign on or off; change the duty mode, text and videos. All from your phone or computer.

How it works

Ready in three steps

  1. Put it in the window

Place the sign inside your shop window, behind the glass, and plug it in.

  2. Connect it to Wi-Fi

On first start, the sign opens its own setup network. Join it with your phone and enter your pharmacy details and Wi-Fi password.

  3. Leave the rest to it

The duty list arrives by itself every day. Anything you want to change is in the Customer Dashboard.

Window ads

Show your offers during opening hours.

Your sign is not only for the duty list. During the day, show your vitamin, skincare or seasonal offers to everyone who walks past your window.

  • Play your own ad video from a USB stick
  • Full colour, and clear from the street through the glass
  • At closing time it switches to the duty list by itself

The ads shown are examples.

Hand-assembled

Every sign is assembled by hand, one at a time.

panoecza is not a mass-produced sign. Each one is put together from a smart control unit, an LED control card and full-colour LED modules, wired and set up by hand, and tried out running before it ships.

Because it's modular, if a part fails only that part is replaced, not the whole sign.

Frequently asked questions

Does it need internet?

Yes. The sign joins a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network to fetch the duty list and to be managed remotely. If the internet drops for a while, it keeps showing the last information it received and updates itself when the connection returns.

Where does the duty list come from?

It's based on the duty lists published by pharmacists' chambers and arrives on your sign automatically every day. If the list looks wrong, you can correct it by hand in the Customer Dashboard.

What happens in a power cut?

When the power returns, the sign turns itself on, reconnects and carries on where it left off. You don't need to do anything.

What does it show during opening hours?

Whatever you like: your own announcement, ready-made videos or your own video from a USB stick. When duty hours start, the sign switches to the duty list by itself.

Who can manage the sign?

Anyone with access to the Customer Dashboard, from a phone, tablet or computer. Access is set up for you after purchase. If you have more than one pharmacy, you manage them all in one place.

Is setup difficult?

No. On first start the sign opens its own setup network; join it with your phone and fill in a short form. We plan the mounting options with you when we prepare your quote.

What sizes does it come in?

Two sizes: 64 × 32 cm and 96 × 48 cm (width × height). Both sit inside the window, behind the glass, facing the street.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, the sign comes with a 2-year warranty. Because it's modular, only the affected part is replaced if something fails.
